As an executive in a health and human services organization, you know the challenge of managing time, staff, budgets and processes. It’s a never-ending balancing act…and it’s nice to get away periodically to recharge, refresh and pick up new ideas.
The Executive Symposium is for Executive Directors, CEOs, COOs, CIOs and CFOs and others who serve in strategic and executive management positions in their organizations. Last year, more than 50 executives attended the CONNECTIONS2008 Executive Symposium in Orlando, and every attendee responding to a post-conference survey said they would recommend this event to a colleague!
Why attend? The Symposium features 2-1/2 days of strategic-level sessions tailored for you and your peers, with the opportunity for valuable discussions during roundtable sessions, and exclusive access to Netsmart executives. Exciting topics for 2009 include:
- Maximizing Information Technology as a Strategic Element of Your Organization
- Operating in a Time of Economic Challenge and Change - What Works?
- Approaches to Integration of Behavioral Healthcare and Primary Care
- Strategies for Growth: Managing in the New Age of Consolidations, Mergers and Acquisitions
- Public Policy in a New Political Environment
- What's New? An Update on Industry Trends for 2009
- Communications Best Practices
- Netsmart Executive Forum (session with Netsmart’s Executive management team)
Executive Symposium attendees also have the opportunity to spend time in the CONNECTIONS2009 Exhibit Hall, which features an up-close look at the full range of Netsmart solutions and availability of Netsmart staff from all areas of the company.
The Executive Symposium is also a chance to renew old friendships and forge new relationships you can tap into for the months and years ahead as you make decisions that affect the long-term future of your organization.
I’m Jon York, and it’s my pleasure to serve as moderator and facilitator for the Netsmart CONNECTIONS2009 Executive Symposium.
